In this episode of The Authentic Creative, I’m joined by Erin Rachel Doppelt, a spiritual psychology and meditation teacher, founder of Spiritual Intelligence, and creator of UpLevel Meditation. Erin holds a master’s in psychology in education with a spirituality mind-body focus from Columbia University. She has spent her twenties studying with gurus across Israel, India, Asia, and Europe, and now empowers others through her courses, including the Align Coaching Certification and UpLevel Meditation.
We dive into the raw truths of motherhood, the challenges and joys it brings, and Erin’s personal journey through trauma, healing, and self-empowerment. We also discuss how to worship at our own feet, become our highest authority, and live authentically.
