Robin I. Bresky is the founder and president of Bresky Law, a boutique firm in Boca Raton that focuses on Appellate Law, and Trusts and Estates. She is a driven and respected professional who has substantial experience providing litigation support for civil, commercial, and personal injury, family law, and criminal matters. Immediately prior to starting the firm in 2000, Bresky served as a state prosecutor in Broward County.

Bresky has been a long-time volunteer and advocate for the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County. In 2006, a year before joining the board, she received the Appellate Law Pro Bono Award and in 2019, Soroptimist International recognized her contributions to Legal Aid with a 2019 Women of Distinction Award for Community Service. Each year, the law firm hosts a major event in Mizner Park called the Bresky Bash to raise money for the nonprofit organization.
