On Bathroom Talks 2, your host Tami embarks a conversation on the pressure on women around pregnancy and relative conversations in workplace with her guests, Monet Howard and Karla Torres. Monet Howard is a global makeup artist, hairstylist, and mother of one. Karla Torres is a CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) psychologist, health coach, and mother to be. Traditionally as women, we are expected to bare children, chase our dreams (if we get around to it), and bend to society's standards when approached regarding pregnancy. We discuss how everyday women are affected by unsolicited ideologies and the many decisions that shape how we navigate our lives and the workplace when parenthood is brought inot the picture.
