Today I'm sharing part 2 of a three-part series on how to manage overwhelm and become more patient with your kids. This is something that's so common among my clients and patients. My hope is that this series helps you feel less guilty about losing your patience and gives you the tools you need to better manage overwhelm as a parent.

In this episode I share:

  • A brief review of part one (but if you haven't listened to it yet be sure to go back to listen to it)
  • Structures and strategies to help you lose your patience less often
  • How to decrease sensory overload
  • The importance of using the statement, "I can only do one thing at a time."
  • Helpful mindset shifts to reduce irritability
  • How to manage your time, energy and tasks throughout your day
