Longing to leave a legacy that's both purposeful and impactful? Is building a school or supporting a worthy cause an item you’d like to tick off your bucket list?

Our special guest today might inspire you to make those dreams a reality.

Joining us from Bali is Tanya Armstrong, CEO of Classroom of Hope—an organisation building schools out of recycled plastic to promote both education and environmental sustainability.

Tanya brings with her an incredible journey of overcoming personal tragedy, prioritising mental health, and dedicating herself to empowering others. From her early days working in a Melbourne homelessness agency to now leading Classroom of Hope, she has turned adversity into positive global change through her resilience and care for humanity.

Expect inspiration that will encourage you to create change through service—no matter how small. Tune in and learn how you too can make a difference!
Episode Highlights:
If you have poor mental health, you're not a burden on your family. If you take your own life, that's a big burden for your family to carry." – Tanya Armstrong

Classroom of Hope was not only building schools and giving education to kids who didn't have access to education, but they were doing it in an environmentally sustainable way, and I knew that if I was moving out of homelessness, I wanted to move into environment.” – Tanya Armstrong

We're getting plastic out of the ocean, number 1. We're recycling it, number 2. Then we're building schools and we're educating kids. Where's the negative? So many great big ticks there.” – Trav Bell
