With Thanksgiving right around the corner, I have a question for you: do the holidays make you feel more frazzled than festive? Well, then you’re in the right place. Today, I’m breaking down 5 easy ways to keep stress in check over the holidays so you can actually enjoy the season for what it’s meant to be: a time of joy, connection, and maybe just a little bit of Holiday magic.
But before we jump in, let’s talk about why this matters: Ladies, we already wear a hundred hats every day: leader, colleague, mom, partner, friend, and more. When you add holiday responsibilities to the mix—shopping, cooking, decorating, hosting—it can feel impossible to keep up. And what happens when you’re stressed out?
