Britt goes in depth about how her journey of self development- always improving, always reaching for something actually led her to losing herself more. She ended up abandoning the typical “self help” ideas and instead adopted the idea that all we really need to do is come back home to oneself. This understanding has made all the difference in the quality of her thoughts, feelings and overall well being.
