This conversation is not about how to meditate. It's not really about why you should practice either. This podcast is more about what happens when you meditate. I don't mean you get the tingles or you see lights... This podcast is about what could happen in your life if you practice meditation. Of course, I use my own experience to enhance my perspectives, however, I also- as always- do my best to get out of the way and let the conversation be organic and emergent. You really get the best of me in this episode. I hope you enjoy!
