In this episode we discuss the impact of culture on your business, potential benefits of culture, and I share my definition of culture:
A shared set of workplace beliefs, values, attitudes, standards, purpose and behaviors. Think of it as a brand's personality: It encompasses how employees interact with each other, with customers, and with other stakeholders.
We also discuss my current addiction to the Netflix series, Welcome to Wrexham, the correlation between sports teams and organizational teams, and examples of positive cultures in other organizations.
