Being a polyamorous coach, I often hear people talk about how they want balance or how they've given up on having balance. Adding more love in your life is awesome and it also has real life constraints like time and energy. It has taken me years of trying different things out for myself to be able to create balance in my life, AND that's not to say that balance is a permanent state that I exist in. No. It's something that gets created and has to be maintained. Here are some ways of looking at creating balance in your life that have helped myself personally, as well as my clients.
