This week I talk with ultra runner and YouTube creator Terry Eldien (TRE RUNS) about his training and racing experiences. He has been racing ultra's for 5 years and competed in more than 20 ultras of all distances including ten 100-mile races including Western States in 2018. He is currently training for the Zion 100 which takes place the second week of April 2019.
