Elder Deloris Pettaway is the Founder and Director of the 28 year non-profit, Crusading Outreach Ministry Inc. 501c3. In 1992, Elder Deloris Pettaway founded Crusading Outreach Ministry, a 501c3 organization designed to meet the needs of the underprivileged adults and at-risk youth. Her life is dedicated to improving the lives of her fellow citizens.
