Be good, be a good person, base your reputation on your integrity - lessons learnt by Zig Ziglar - being a good human pays off as a human.

Being constant as every interaction is a standard that you can adhere to - So if you can model yourself on excellent and make it your own, taking the major assets being congruent with your own self-image.

Be your own self look at others but don't be like them. If the principle is true and put your own values -then they work for you.

Two factors in success are ego drive and empathy. You have to be connected to people; nothing has changed over the years in how and what we do equals success. We are still in the people business. We are still helping somebody; no product is sold, helping others get what they want. Learn your profession respect your profession - Be a constant learner -Get your passion and be accountable and replace bad habits with a good one.

Confirm the needs in the customer's mind is a massive tip - slow down the need, and the customer is receptive to the need.

About Bryan began his career with 14 years of extensive experience with IBM as a super salesman, a “people” manager, and a sales instructor at IBM’s national training centre. Then, in 1984, Bryan joined the Zig Ziglar Corporation. He delivered Training and Coaching for over 25 years, working with various companies, industries, and clients.
