Hey Gritty Friends, Welcome to The Gritty Coach Podcast.

I am so excited you are here. I love connecting with so many friends across the country and look forward to hearing from you.

My focus is to help busy business owners achieve their goals by implementing simple strategies and overcoming obstacles. With 25 years of mentoring, coaching, and leadership experience from the military, I have veteran, college, medical and just coaching stories to share how I harnessed my unfocused ADHD, got rid of feeling overwhelmed and anxiety, and got unstuck in my business and life. I hope that you find it entertaining and insightful with a few laughs in between.

I will also be interviewing other women in business to talk about the gritty truth of how they overcame their struggles on the way to becoming successful women, moms, and business owners.

Grit is about resilience and perseverance. I like to think of myself like sandpaper. It might take off a few layers hearing it...but the polished outcome is smooth. So if you think you are gritty enough, buckle up and sit back. We are gonna get some gritty sandpaper love going!
