We all feel a bit down or scared about the uncertainty in the world right now. But that is not an excuse to give up on your life, your dreams and your needs.
Even though I usually come across like I have everything in check, I opened up about which things I deal with. But bottom line: I tend to flip them into action quickly.

2. Don’t be hard on yourself, be your biggest cheerleader
3. Music - dance, sing, create energy

5. Talk yourself out of it; 'normally I would feel off all day about this stuff, now I don’t even pay attention to it.'
6. Take yourself seriously by not paining yourself more and overthinking.
