• Hiring plays such a critical role in the success of a business, especially a new business. Entrepreneurial-minded people are able to wear many different hats and fill in whichever role you need them to.
• The more time you spend in the recruiting process taking closer looks at applicants, the better off your business will be. The extra time you spend evaluating talent, the higher quality talent you will find and put in the right role.
• As soon as you add a management layer and start managing people who are managing other people, you need to really think about who can drive initiatives within the company and put those people on the mountaintop with their superhero costumes.
