In this episode, Rosie is joined by Roshni, from Tikka and Tadka, who shares her story of starting an Indian Catering company just before lockdown, and the inspiration she takes from her mother and India.
Tikka and Tadka is a Indian catering company. Based in Wantage they create curry nights locally, and 5 day curry boxes all throughout Oxfordshire. They specialise in diverse cuisines from various parts of India with a focus on some heritage dishes that have come from the chef’s family.
Concentrating on fresh food made from quality ingredients, their flexible and imaginative menus are well presented and full of seasonal flavours. Proud of their traditional Indian heritage, which places a great emphasis on hospitality, they always go that extra mile to ensure that your vision of the event is brought to life.
