This week I am joined by Author, Kinesiologist and Psychologist Dr Debra Greene, who has a wealth of knowledge about the body's energy system and how we can understand our energy and shift and change it for our benefit. Debra shares with us an easy example of the power of the mind to achieve whatever you intend it to whether it is conscious or not.
