Equality and diversity is a key topic among employers. The 2010 Equality Act consolidated prior legislation around discrimination and offered businesses more consistency in their approach. Since then, there’s been plenty of studies which demonstrate the commercial benefits to businesses who embrace equality and diversity as part of their model or structure.
