INX Limited is a fully regulated platform that aims to continue adding tokens and securities to their platform in order to attract retail traders, as well as large institutions and banks who want to enter the space, but require the proper government regulation and oversight, and SEC backed security tokens.

They also discuss the developing relationship between government oversight and personal privacy, and which side of the scale we might eventually land on.
