Our job as always is to create the ultimate list of games that we’d recommend to gamers new and old who want to experience the absolute best that the console has to offer, but choosing just 10 games from the SNES library just may prove an impossible task. After all, these are some of the greatest games ever made.
From The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, to Super Metroid, to Super Mario World and so many more - it’s difficult to overstate the impact, legacy and historical significance of the SNES library. And although the console and its library hold a crucial place in gaming history, all of these games also hold up tremendously well today. So if you haven’t experienced the joy of the SNES for yourself, we’re here to recommend the 10 best places to start.
