Let's get right into it, shall we?! This week's Kraken Reaction (5:30) covers the Seattle Kraken hiring new Head Coach, Dan Bylsma (just as Jeff predicted). The boys give a proper introduction into Disco Dan which includes where his nickname comes from, his athletic background, stints as a professional player and coach in both junior leagues and the NHL, his rise to the top and ultimate firing with the Pittsburgh Penguins, drama with the Buffalo Sabres, his moves back to the AHL with the Charlotte Checkers and ultimately the Coachella Valley Firebirds, and finally, Head Coach of the Seattle Kraken. In No Dumb Questions (29:17), member of the Kraken Pod fam Kole Sylte needs to know exactly what happened with Jared McCann and the Vancouver Canucks and how the 24th overall pick in the 2014 NHL Draft ends up being shipped after only being with the organization for only a year while rumors circulate throughout his tenure there. Three Stars of the Week features everything from kids' camps, Joey's student loan forgiveness, "Palm Royal" on Apple+, saying RIP to the legend that was Bill Walton, Jeff's wife going on a full-blown Euro-trip, and "Poor Things." Ending, as always, with the Chirp of the Week.
