HELLO HUMANS! I’ve had a lot of difficulty sticking to the habits and goals that keep me healthy and functioning - like meditation, exercise, and even producing content (which I LOVE). With our time and resources usually stretched so thin, it’s difficult to figure out how to stick with our practices - so, I wanted to give you a little insight into what I’ve done to keep me on track. :)
