Hey friends! It’s no secret that we all have different perspectives on a variety of things - from the best songs to how to drive the “right” way. However, some of our perspectives can be pretty damaging, especially in relation to emotions and our mental states. So, in today’s episode, I wanted to share how mindfulness can help us through these experiences by changing our perspectives. :)
