Change is inevitable, but so is our ability to adapt. Instead of trying to go back to what was, how can we redefine our identity and work with what we have now?

In today’s episode, I talk with Andee Love, a twin mama and business owner who is leading innovators, creatives, & multi figure business owners to listen to the language that their bodies speak and decode their nervous system. With over twenty-two years of experience in embodiment and somatics, she is paving the way for women everywhere to get still, tune in to their body’s wisdom, and create long term sustainable success in business.

Andee shares her incredible journey of pregnancy and how it has transformed her work in ways she never could have imagined. She explores how she redefined normalcy after becoming a mother and how she worked to build a window of tolerance to handle the unknown. Throughout the conversation we also discuss the importance of listening to our inner workings and using grounding techniques to stay present.

You’ll hear:

  • The importance of embodiment and somatic work as women and mothers

  • How to embrace change and expand your window of tolerance in order to thrive in challenging situations

  • Challenging the idea of returning to "normalcy" after becoming a parent

  • Practical strategies for tracking sensations, distinguishing between different types of activation, and accurately labeling our experiences.

  • How we can begin to trust our body’s wisdom, be present in the moment, and ground ourselves
