Been through some tough times lately? Life feel a bit out of control and you're finding it hard to cope? Settle in to this episode, I've got you.
This is part 2 to the episode, 'Handling Change is Harder in My 30s.' Here are my learnings in hindsight on getting through lots of life sectors being in flux and uncertain simultaneously – work, love life, and constantly moving around living out of a suitcase.
