Dr. Ashurina Ream is a licensed clinical psychologist and the CEO & founder of Psyched Mommy, which is a community where moms can share honest motherhood experiences and learn about mental health. Dr. Ream has worked with those struggling with body image, eating disorders, parenting, health-related mood impairment, cognitive functioning and general mental health. She has courses online that address burnout, overwhelm & worry, and other topics in motherhood and parenting.
