Hello everyone! Since you have been so patient with me and my absence for the past 2 weeks I have a gift for you... Not just one but TWO count them 2 episodes that are dropping today! The first one is with my friend Tiera Brown, LICSW, LCSW-C! Tiera's passion is to help people heal from past and present trauma and manage their mental health. As a licensed clinical social worker in DC and MD, she currently works for DC’s Department of Behavioral Health, providing mental health therapy to middle schoolers and their families. She also provides individual and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults at a private agency in Greenbelt, MD.
