In this enlightening and inspiring, information-packed episode, Emily Fraser, Chronic Illness Advocate and Host of The Spoonie Podcast, shares parts of her healing journey with us as the result of car accident that left her with a traumatic brain injury. She spent years struggling with chronic fatigue and pain and saw countless specialists and doctors to help her with these issues to no avail. Emily took it upon herself to educate herself with graduate studies in neuroscience, nervous system regulation, trauma, and mindfulness and she began sharing her journey on Instagram.
