They share their struggles when choosing outfits to wear, either from their wardrobe or when out shopping. Something I’m sure we’ve all been through. We chat about how to overcome these challenges by taking away the confusion and what items can make an outfit.

Amy and Lisa also tell all about their amazing product NUDI SPRAY™, something that will revolutionise the lives of so many women out there going through perimenopause and menopause.

They had a moment of inspiration during 2022 whilst comparing sticky patch stories following their summer holidays. Neither friend had discovered a reliable, effective or easy means of removing HRT patch glue, leaving them feeling self-conscious about living very publicly with unsightly marks on their skin.

This led them on a quest to find a solution, and after months of research and development, they had created NUDI SPRAY™.
