How can you develop routines to help positivity be sustainable? i.e. keep it going?

Truth is, most folks don't keep a positive mindset. And it's more difficult to get back on track vs. staying on track.

My expert shares such nuggets are:

  • That it takes about three-four months of consistency to become a habit.
  • Three positives balances one negative.
  • Simple things like making your bed can greatly contribute to your happiness (do you make your bed?)

Diane also shares about her rare, very scary, and life-changing health journey.

Diane Lang is a practicing counselor, national speaker, educator, and certified positive psychology coach, has her master’s degree in counseling and is an adjunct at Montclair State University in the Undergraduate Psychology Department.
