In this last episode for this season, we will be looking at The Art of Letting Go.
The Bhagavad Gita says that "what belongs to you today, belonged to someone yesterday, and will be someone else's tomorrow."
All things in life are impermanent. Nothing will stay forever. So, enough of the days of constant worrying about the past and future! Start living in the present by learning the art of letting go. This art form cannot be simply learnt. Those that have already mastered it must have gone thru some serious shit. But if you want to learn to let go without having to go thru these things, first you must learn and practise detaching yourself from everything; material and immaterial things, your job, relationships, pets, friends and family. Practise meditation. Practise by accepting that things are bound to leave us one day. Practise by suppressing your anger, happiness and other emotions. With some time you too shall one day become detached and feel free from those things that are keeping you tied down. Thank you for listening.
