Tony's guest today is Andrea Petrone. After a successful business career where he worked for numerous great companies, he achieved fast-track career progression to the top and made a difference. By age 35, he had led entire organisations and helped them achieve great performance. He lived and worked in 7 countries and 3 continents. He couldn't ask for anything more. He was winning.
But at the end of 2018, he had an epiphany realising that his work was not aligned with his purpose and aspiration to make a bigger impact in the world.
