Denise had a heart transplant in 2018 and is very open about her journey through recovery.
Denise faced a few obstacles along the way but is now doing really well and is often out running, hiking or holding charity events for Heartfelt Help Foundation.
Denise is the founder of Heartfelt Help Foundation and she tells me about why she set it up and what the the goals are for the future.
