Simi is joined by Kelley Nemiro as they explore: "I definitely have an unhealthy, somewhat obsessive relationship with working out. I push myself so hard -- running long distances, HIIT classes, and more. I freak out if I miss a day and worry about low impact workouts like barre or yoga or pilates not being enough. At the same time, I can feel that's what my body needs. How did you navigate a transition to low impact/intensity workouts (mentally and physically)? I'd love some support with making this change."
