Good evening, weather watchers! This is your friendly neighborhood meteorologist bringing you the latest forecast for the Dallas area.
Hold onto your hats, folks, because we've got quite the weather rollercoaster coming up! We're currently under a Wind Advisory, so buckle up for some blustery conditions.
Tonight, we're looking at a cloudy sky with temperatures holding steady around 64 degrees. Expect some strong south winds blowing around 15 miles per hour, with gusts reaching up to 25 miles per hour. It's going to be a wild ride!
Sunday is going to be a day of dramatic changes. There's a 30 percent chance of morning showers, and then things will start to clear up. Temperatures are going to take a nosedive, dropping to a chilly 38 degrees by late afternoon. Those winds will shift from south-southwest to northwest, and they'll be howling at 15 to 20 miles per hour with gusts up to 35 miles per hour.
Sunday night brings clear skies but frigid temperatures, dipping down to a frosty 23 degrees. Those northwest winds will continue to blow at 15 to 20 miles per hour.
The rest of the week looks like a classic Texas winter temperature dance - cold mornings, mild afternoons, with a potential for some snow and rain showers by Thursday.
The highlight of the week? A chance of snow and rain showers on Thursday, with temperatures hovering around 42 degrees. It's like Mother Nature can't make up her mind!
