Making it easy for you this year: all these recipes are made the same way: put all ingredients into a tin and shake hard with ice till diluted and chilled. I've listed the appropriate glassware beneath each recipe.
1.) "Pre-pear yourself" AKA "Mickey Bilge Eyes"
1.5 oz pear vodka 3/4 oz ginger juice 1/2 oz vanilla syrup 3/4 oz lemon juice - Serve in a Nick & Nora glass. No ice.2.) "The Classic Sidecar" AKA "Orange Philias"
1.5 oz cognac/brandy 1 oz Dry orange curaçao 3/4 oz lemon juice 1tsp of simple syrup *If you have triple sec omit the simple - Serve in a coupe. No ice. Orange peel garnish is traditional.3.) "Tiki Time" AKA "A Wink and A Nod"
1.5 oz dark rum 0.5 oz Jamaican rum 1/2 oz lemon juice 1 oz or beat Small sprinkle of Chinese five spice powder - Serve in a mule mug with crushed ice. Mint sprig garnish~This Just In...?~
