The Justice System here in Elko County hides a dark stained past. The local FBI, State Aging or Elderly Services, County Guardian: Kathleen Jones, Sheriff: Jim Pitts, District Attorney: Gary Woodbury, City Attorney: Dave Stanton, the pathetic Robert "Bob" Wines, Travis Gerber, all with roles in the accusations of physical abuse, theft, assault, and with absolutely no basis or proof of any wrongdoing after 18 months of investigations, The FBI interrogated Dorothy and made unfounded accusations of fraud and abuse only to then try to create false witness. The federal investigation (FBI) that included search warrants without any justification or proof of wrongdoing! Demanding that I was a criminal that needed to be stopped. They broke the laws of our Nation down to a level incomprehensible to most. They all remain free and enjoying life without being held to account for their horrific actions and verbal assaults throughout the community. They deserve to be tried and sentenced for this and many other unlawful actions! Lord, I have praised your ways and will continue, but I must plea that those who committed these crimes are held to account during this time in my life. Amen Finally in 2018, with the Sheriff Jim Pitts losing his 3rd term re-election "lost by over 1500 votes" in an 8000 vote election. I submitted my complaint asking for an investigation into the FBI and the Sheriff for decades of wrongdoing, I received a letter, Adam Laxalt, acknowledging that my complaint was received and although he could not comment on the status that it was opened. Steve Sisolak would become the harvested governor of Nevada, His Attorney General Arron Ford refused to follow up or even inquire about the situation. The final wishes of Elizabeth Ferguson were left in trust with me, Theron Hunt, The Durable Power of Attorney, Durable Power of Attorney for Health Decisions, and Elizabeths Last Will and Testament would be rendered by District Michael Memeo as null and void the seasoned documents of Elizabeth Ferguson and to this day had no legitimate reason for their actions. The result was killing her in 363 days. I was served with an order by the judge for supervised visitations but was conveniently denied and then they made sure I was not informed of her passing. I was warned not to attend her funeral with the order in place by the Judge. I was not allowed to attend her funeral. I failed Elizabeth and the family. They trusted me but after the parties were done with the unfounded accusations, the family would become shattered, Losing John to Alcohol, Paige left at 15 due to suicide, brother and sister left to struggle on their own meeting with a biased society and experiencing the aggressive actions of child services and attorneys taking children from their mother, and today the system continues to fail the less favored citizens of this fine County. To this day the FBI, District Judge Memeo, Attorney Robert Wines, Guardian Kathleen Jones, and numerous others have gotten away with one of the most disgusting crimes against someone, with no remorse or accountability. Documents in the all-mighty realm of Lawyers and Attorneys, that are to protect them in their final years were thrown aside as trash! How can prejudiced judges and attorneys get away with this kind of crime? Failure of Justice? I will fill in some details of the actions against me and others that should horrify anyone.
