In this Fit Life Series episode with Rob, Blake, and Jake, the guys welcome Jake back after all his vacation time (ha). They begin this one by answering a few questions like "What do you think about energy drinks vs just the caffeine in coffee?" They dive into details explaining their reasons for their answers adding extra food for thought. Like for example, how most energy drinks have extra added ingredients besides caffeine and the amount of caffeine can be detrimental to your performance. Learn all the answers to your burning questions in this one! "When should you go to muscle failure, is it good for you, what causes it, and what are the benefits?" The guys also conquer a very common injury occurring with overuse at the knee, patellofemoral, and mechanical knee pain. This is a common problem that can be very complex and not so easy to figure out. We hope this talk helps shed some light and hopefully also gives you an idea of how to attack the issue!
