On this episode of Tips and Tricks Podcast, We speak with Mrs. Rashada Houston Turner is an alumna of and instructor at Florida A&M University’s School of Business and Industry (SBI). Through her commitment, teaching, and service, she was among the first cohort of faculty promoted to Associate Instructors. As a business consultant, Rashada regularly conducts seminars and keynotes on ethics, corporate culture, branding, leadership, management, teamwork, etiquette, entrepreneurship, conflict resolution, and financial stewardship. This year, Rashada launched her coaching brand, TruDream Business Solutions, to help starting and stuck entrepreneurs successfully launch or relaunch their businesses. Rashada began her career with The Florida Legislature’s research office in 2000, serving as a trusted consultant to many Senators and Representatives. She broke historical barriers to become the office’s first and only African-American manager. Not to mention, she was also the youngest. During her 11-year tenure, she helped create positive change in a vast range of areas. Rashada has been a professional photographer for over 13 years. She has a passion for capturing her clients at their best, doing their best, looking their best, and celebrating their love and accomplishments. A true educator at heart, she coaches new photographers the technical and artistic skills of photography and the roadmap to sustaining a profitable brand. By far her greatest TruDream is her family. Rashada is married to her supporting husband and is the proud mother of two.
