Taking a few minutes of silence, focusing on your breathing, or just focusing on your body sensations can help ground you and make you feel less tense on a regular basis. We’re all busy. You might be saying, “I can't stop for five minutes to meditate because I just don't have enough time in the day.” We all have the same amount of time in our day. And it's what we give our attention to and what we make a priority in our life. Consider adding meditation to your daily routine.
