With its multiple dimensions and interdependencies, the Human Life in its entirety is an example of a complex system. Often, decisions in your relationship, wellness or financial dimensions have knock-on effects on other dimensions such as personal development and impacts; and vice versa. To analyze the complexities to ensure optimal decisions are made, system thinking can be applied to the life system.
In this first episode of a 2-Episode series, I explore 5 of 10 system thinking principles and apply them to the life system as a grounding for the concluding episode where I explore the remaining five principles.
