In this week’s episode, Allen visits with Kristin Bundy of the National Hunting Beagle Association (NHBA) to talk about the recent winners in the NHBA sectional series. We start by talking about “The Big 5 Events” of the beagle world and how UKC and NHBA work together. Allen mentions one of the main events where he competes! Learn what a sectional series is in NHBA and how members earn points. Everything wrapped up recently at the Ohio State Championship—it was a tight race and came down to breaking a few ties. We then spend time talking through the complete breakdown of the top eight hunt winners, show winners, and youth handlers, along with their impressive prize packages.
