In this second episode in a two-part series, Susan Roggendorf aka The Sweary Therapist, gives us invaluable information on the remaining steps to self-care. Susan Roggendorf is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Iowa. She's the LGBTQ+ owner of Coffelt Counseling Services in Bettendorf, Iowa.
Susan works with folx living with anxiety including those persons in her LGBTQIA2s+ community. She's also currently in certification to expand her work with First Responders, Second Responders and Law Enforcement Officers grappling with anxiety as well as other life issues.
Susan is the host and producer of F*ck The Rules Podcast, and running her Instagram account at The Sweary Therapist.
And when she's not out in her garden or reading, she's busy annoying her adult kids.
