I’m so TIRED of hearing people say things like “I’ll sleep when I’m dead” - “we aren’t built the same - I slept 2 hours and I’m working a double, why are hoy complaining?” First of all, yes we’ve all been there - life happens but when people constantly glorify these behaviors this is where it triggers me. SLEEP IS NECESSARY. WE NEED IT. OUR BODY NEEDS IT. OUR BRAINS NEED IT. WE FUCKING NEED IT. SO IF YOU NEED TO REST DO IT!!!
