I chat with Michael Landsberg, former host of TSN's Off The Record, about mental health. Michael shares his story about living with anxiety and tackling depression in his everyday life. We engage humor into the conversation, Michael razzes me just a bit on my bantering skills and I ask Michael a few random rapid fire questions. Together, with his daughter, Michael runs an organization and charity called Sick Not Weak, where he advocates for and shares about the importance of mental health awareness.
