Relaxing music can lower the production of cortisol, which lowers stress and in turn lowers elevated heart rates and blood pressure: Hopkins Medicine.
Bio: Jason Eastwood started playing the guitar at age 11 and, over the last four decades, the instrument has been an extension of his mind, body and soul.

2014 To help manage stress, anxiety, and chaos of the music industry, Jason turned to yoga and meditation. Studying healing music from around the world, he incorporated those elements into his own music.
He found his niche when asked to provide background music for yoga classes. Requests followed and the music flowed.
Guitarfulness.com was founded in 2018. Since then Jason has released 33 albums and sold over 100,000 CDs and Downloads.
