Had a huge break from my podcast but no excuses and I’m straight back into it here with some inspiration for those of you chasing big goals. This episode is me sharing my journey over the last 12+ months of exactly what is possible to achieve if you switch off all distractions, focus on your goals and show up every day and put in the reps. You are worthy of all of your goals, the question is do you want them bad enough. I mean really!! Massive change doesn’t come without sacrifice.
