In today's episode, we're talking about traditional weight-loss advice and how following other people's roadmaps will always lead to disappointment.
We are taught to question our self-worth, our beauty, our bodies, and our lives. We are then sold the idea of a world of happiness, adventure, enjoyment, that comes with fixing what they're telling us is wrong with us. Now we want that world, but they tell us it's very difficult to get to.....unless you buy the product, program/solution. So this is where you are.
