In this episode I visit with Lisa Deyo at Sweet Reads Bookstore in downtown Austin. It has been an incredible holiday season and now is the time to share some thanks. Then it is off to the Austin Public Library for a special conversation. I get the chance to visit with some of the staff and get to hear about some of their favorite reads from 2024.
And then it is a visit with the Hormel Institute. I get the chance to visit with the head of the Eagles Cancer Telethon and find out what's in store for next year's event.
Before all that and with a wink, a nod, and apologies to Clement Clarke Moore, I share with you a special Christmas poem.
